Job summary

goeasy is seeking a Director, Real Estate & Facilities to lead real estate strategy, construction, and facilities operations across our retail network, including ~400 locations. You will manage lease negotiations, store development, and portfolio optimization while leading a high-performing team.

The role partners with Finance, Operations, and Leadership to optimize occupancy costs, drive growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience managing multi-site retail portfolios.
• Strong understanding of leasing, site selection, and landlord management.
• Experience leading construction, renovation, and store development programs.
• Knowledge of facilities management, maintenance operations, and vendor oversight.
• Ability to manage operating budgets, capex, contracts, and real estate investments.
• Professional designations such as PMP, CPM, FMA, RPA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise real estate strategy across the retail network.
• Oversee site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, relocations, and closures for ~400 locations.
• Direct construction, store development, and capital project delivery.
• Oversee facilities operations, maintenance programs, and fleet management.
• Lead vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, and budget oversight; mentor a high-performing team.
