Saje Natural Wellness is seeking a Director of Innovation to lead Product Category Managers and shape a 2–3 year innovation roadmap. You will drive product concepts, substantiation, and storytelling across Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, and Finance to deliver compelling and defensible market offerings.

You will balance creative ambition with commercial discipline, coaching teams to excellence, and partnering with executives to ensure timely launches and strong performance in a hybrid work

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience across product innovation, product strategy, category management, or product development.
5+ years of people leadership experience with coaching and building teams.
Exceptional cross-functional leadership, influencing stakeholders across functions.
Strategic thinking translating priorities into clear product and innovation strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead Product Category Managers and maintain 3-year roadmaps.
Oversee product concept briefs and SOPs forecasts for innovation.
Own the innovation pipeline from concept to go-to-market.
Coordinate with R&D, Regulatory, Marketing and Creative for launches.
