This role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful coordination of multiple projects across diverse teams and geographies, aligning project execution with business objectives, and optimizing internal processes to foster seamless collaboration. This position will ensure we deliver on time and at scale, while maintaining alignment with L’Oréal’s broader strategic initiatives.

Act as the key liaison between ModiFace and external partners to resolve roadblocks and ensure consistent progress.
  • Optimize rituals, activities, and processes : Implement and refine Agile / Scrum methodologies to improve team efficiency and project outcomes. Continuously review and adjust project management practices, meetings, and workflows to ensure peak productivity and collaboration.
  • Coach and mentor various team members and leaders : Partner with product owners, scrum masters, designers, and technical leads on their continued growth. Work with them to ensure projects are progressing as planned, identifying potential bottlenecks early, and driving solutions to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Manage risks and dependencies : Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and potential delays. Work closely with stakeholders to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and maintain momentum across all projects. Ensure teams are focused on achieving key milestones on time.
  • Help drive core business : Go above and beyond both independently and by connecting various stakeholders to continuously evolve our product offering and business.

What You’ll Need

  • 8+ years of experience of product management, including 3+ years in a business leadership role
  • Strong communication skills : Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, executives, and external partners. Skilled in translating technical project details into clear and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership and people management : Proven experience in leading and managing large teams across multiple projects. A track record of fostering collaboration and accountability in high-paced environments.
