The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, deep expertise in healthcare payer operations, and a track record for launching new product features + GTM strategy in a fast growing environment.   • Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals and market needs.
  • Advocate for customer needs, balancing priorities to maximize market impact and business value.
  • Drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies and best practices into product development.
  • Collaborate with Client Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure product-market fit and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee go-to-market strategies, equipping the sales team with compelling messaging and positioning.
  • Partner with engineering and architecture teams to guide technical design and optimize product delivery.
  • Enhance agile product development processes, ensuring alignment with customer success and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of product management experience in healthcare SaaS, preferably at a high-growth organization.
  • Experience leading and managing high-performing product teams.
  • Knowledgeable with cloud and data technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, & AWS.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare payer operations, preferably industry experience at a healthcare payer organization.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse perspectives.
  • Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Hands-on, collaborative approach, willing to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
