Sprout Social is seeking a Principal Product Designer for our Product Design team.

What You’ll Do

• Shape product-wide design strategy based on customer needs, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
• Build partnerships across teams to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Lead platform-level design initiatives to improve the entire product experience and reduce complexity.
• Work with leadership to identify strategic platform investments, focusing on customer value.
• Mentor emerging design leaders and contribute to our creative culture.

What you’ll bring

An open mind, curiosity, passion for solving complex problems, meticulous craft, and a collaborative spirit. Minimum qualifications include:

• 10+ years leading complex initiatives with a track record of shipping growth-driving experiences.
• Mastery in full-stack design skills (UX, UI, IA, research, UX writing).
• Experience elevating product quality across teams.
• A portfolio demonstrating strategic leadership and influence on product direction.

Preferred qualifications include experience designing SaaS platforms, cross-product systems, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to balance vision and pragmatism, expertise in research practices, and passion for mentorship.

Growth Timeline

Within 1-12 months, you will onboard, contribute to projects, and influence product and design strategies, with clear milestones for impact and leadership development.

This role is remote within British Columbia or Ontario. For other locations, we will consider future opportunities.
