Job summary

The University of Ottawa Heart Institute seeks a Director, Platform Operations and Partnerships for ARCHIMEDES to lead operational management, partnerships, and implementation of strategic goals. The role requires coordinating across multiple institutions to expand platform adoption and ensure sustainable operations and governance.

Qualifications

Graduate degree in business administration, health administration, public administration, health sciences, or related field.
10+ years in senior multi-stakeholder roles.
Experience in governance and leading teams/governing bodies.
Experience in financial management and sustainability of large programs.
Experience leading operations and large-scale initiatives.
Excellent communication and relationship management across institutions and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

Translate strategic direction into executable workplans, timelines, and deliverables.
Establish processes to scale data ingestion, access approvals, and onboarding.
Coordinate across distributed teams for ARCHIMEDES operations.
Collaborate with UOHI & McGill teams to optimize service delivery.
