Job summary

Clio is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Centralized Billing System (CBS), a mission-critical internal platform that configures pricing, generates quotes, and charges customers. You will lead prioritization across Sales, Finance, GTM, and Product, balancing stakeholder needs in a fast-moving environment.

You will partner with the Monetization team to align pricing and packaging strategy, and you will drive data-informed decisions while navigating architectural and business

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Technical background sufficient to own and make decisions about a complex product system.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume, high-stakes stakeholder environment.
• Strong data and analytical skills with a metrics mindset.
• Excellent communicator and cross-functional partner, able to influence without full authority.
• Based in the US or Canada and eligible to work across North America.

Responsibilities

• Own CBS end-to-end, the system used to configure pricing, generate quotes, manage packaging, and charge customers.
• Own the roadmap, health, and long-term direction of CBS with clear prioritization.
• Manage stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, GTM, and Product.
• Partner with GTM Monetization to ensure CBS enables pricing and packaging strategy.
• Make decisions under pressure and defend your point of view with evidence.
• Align cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Data teams to keep CBS in lockstep with go-to-market.
• Drive tooling and instrumentation to enable fast, confident decision-making.
