Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership position.
• Proven track record of scaling DTC, e-commerce, subscription or consumer-focused businesses.
• Strong performance marketing experience with measurable CAC reduction and conversion optimisation.

• Own and execute the company's marketing strategy across brand, performance, digital and product marketing.
• Lead customer acquisition initiatives across paid search, paid social, SEO, email and other digital channels.
• Optimise CAC, conversion rates, LTV and marketing ROI.
• Develop customer retention, engagement and lifecycle marketing strategies.
• Lead brand positioning, messaging and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
• Build, manage and develop a high-performing marketing team.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and leadership to identify growth opportunities.
• Establish marketing KPIs, reporting frameworks and data-driven performance measurement.
