Samsung Electronics Canada seeks a Director of Sales to lead the Home Electronics division across Canada, including National, Online, Regional, B2B and Independent channels. You will guide strategic direction, mentor teams, negotiate key agreements and align with Finance and Logistics to optimize inventory and profitability.

The role requires deep industry knowledge, 12+ years of leadership experience, and strong relationship skills to drive revenue growth and market share in a dynamic

Qualifications

• University education preferred (min. Bachelor’s), MBA a plus.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; advanced MS Office skills.
• Minimum 12 years of related sales/leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for the Home Electronics Sales Division across Canadian channels.
• Lead and motivate the sales team; develop and execute business plans to grow market share.
• Negotiate customer sales agreements and drive opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, and Channel Management to optimize inventory, pricing and promotions.
• Lead cross-functional teams and participate in executive-level meetings and reviews.
