Samsung Electronics Canada is seeking a Director of Sales to provide strategic direction for the Home Electronics Sales Division across national, online, regional and B2B channels. You will lead and mentor a high-performing Canadian sales team, shape pricing, promotions and product roadmaps, and collaborate with finance and logistics to optimize profitability.

Qualifications

• University education required; Bachelor’s degree minimum; MBA a plus.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder influence across multiple levels.
• Proven ability to lead sales teams and coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data presentation.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking in a fast-paced electronics/retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic direction for Samsung’s Home Electronics Sales Division across Canadian channels.
• Lead and motivate the Canadian sales team across TV, audio, memory and monitor products.
• Develop and negotiate customer sales agreements and growth initiatives.
• Drive multi-channel sales strategies, pricing, promotions and marketing programs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Logistics and other functions to optimize inventory, receivables and partnerships.
• Represent Samsung in executive meetings and travel as needed across regions.
