Samsung Electronics Canada is seeking a Director of DtC Commercial Sales to lead omni-channel category planning, drive sales growth, and manage the DTC portfolio across Samsung.com, Shop Samsung app, B2B, and retail channels. You will coordinate with Demand Planning, Platform teams, and external partners to optimize revenue and margins.

The role requires extensive experience in e-commerce, omni-channel operations, and strategic leadership to deliver a seamless customer experience and channel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 15+ years of directly related experience in sales, retail & Omni-channel environment.
• Experience leading a sales function of an E-commerce, Retail or Consumer Electronics company.

Responsabilités

• Accountable for the DTC Category P&Ls across the OMNI channel and digital platforms.
• Develop strategic priorities to grow market share and increase DTC sales.
• Lead the DTC sales team to drive commercial success in ATL/BTL campaigns and promotions.
• Build and lead a high-performing digital team with cross-functional collaboration.
