Job summary

Impact Recruitment is recruiting for a Director-level professional based in Vancouver to own end-to-end deal execution and the operating cadence of the brokerage platform. The role is hands-on and office-based, guiding credit leadership and standardized processes to ensure smooth closings across asset classes.

The ideal candidate has senior execution or underwriting experience in commercial mortgages, with a disciplined, process-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial drive.

Qualifications

• Senior execution, underwriting, or credit experience in commercial mortgages or related finance.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions concurrently under tight deadlines.
• Strong risk judgment and comfort challenging assumptions.
• Process-oriented with ability to build structure without over-engineering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deal execution and credit leadership across the platform.
• Design and enforce standardized execution playbooks and cadence.
• Lead and mentor a two-person analyst team.
• Coordinate complex or delayed transactions with diligence and lender communications.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and deal databases.
