Job summary

Stem Health seeks a General Manager to run day-to-day clinic operations at its flagship Toronto location. You will oversee member experience, team performance, revenue growth, and profitability, reporting to the Founder and CEO.

The role demands hands-on leadership with a focus on service excellence and data-driven decision making. You will align staff, clinicians, and processes to support a premium, hospitality-infused care model while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong financial

Qualifications

• Experience leading a healthcare clinic or premium service operation with budget accountability.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and improving customer retention while controlling costs.
• Experience opening or scaling a new site or major operational change.
• Strong data-informed decision making and operational judgment.
• Ability to work effectively with physicians and care teams in regulated settings.
• Knowledge of Ontario healthcare regulation or demonstrated ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating plan, budget, and results with targets for revenue, cost, cash flow, and profitability.
• Align staffing and clinician schedules with demand while preserving the time-rich care model.
• Oversee billing, purchases, inventory, and vendor performance with finance support.
• Provide the Founder with a concise monthly performance view highlighting drivers and issues.
• Build a culture of hospitality, resolve escalated matters, and ensure service excellence.
