Job summary

Enkel Backoffice Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager, Bookkeeping and Payroll to lead the Onboarding and Account Management teams. You will ensure top-tier bookkeeping services, accurate financial processes, and proactive client engagement across a growing cloud bookkeeping firm in Canada.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in bookkeeping or accounting services, with at least 3 years in leadership, and a strong payroll background.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting/Finance or related field, with professional certifications preferred.
7+ years in bookkeeping, accounting services, or financial operations, with 3+ years in leadership.
Strong experience leading teams and driving client success in a professional services setting.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding and account management teams to deliver exceptional bookkeeping service.
Oversee seamless client transitions from sales to bookkeeping, with accurate reporting.
Drive client retention by monitoring health metrics and addressing issues proactively.
Establish standardized bookkeeping workflows and playbooks to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Customer Support to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Monitor KPIs and drive data-driven improvements in service delivery.
Act as escalation point for complex bookkeeping and financial issues.
Foster a culture of client advocacy and continuous process improvement.
