Job summary

CI Financial is seeking a dynamic leader to head Business Analytics and Insights. You will guide a team delivering data-driven insights, partner with executives to shape analytics strategy, and drive AI-enabled transformations across the organization.

The role emphasizes performance measurement, stakeholder collaboration, and scalable analytics solutions. You will oversee KPIs, dashboards, and data governance while partnering with IT to ensure high data quality and impactful decision support.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business analytics and BI in a B2B environment (financial services/asset management).
• Technical degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), Python, Salesforce, and SQL.
• Experience evaluating and applying AI, automation and productivity technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of business analytics professionals to deliver insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with leaders to develop analytics strategies focused on performance, engagement and growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to align on business objectives.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in clear, actionable reports.
• Establish and monitor KPIs; create dashboards and report on metrics for optimization.
• Drive AI enablement, automation and analytics transformation with IT and data teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and rapid prototyping of analytics ideas.
• Partner with technical teams to develop analytics products and AI-enabled tools.
