Job summary

CIBC is seeking a Director, Data Science to lead analytics strategy and mentor a team of data scientists focused on Wealth and Fraud. You’ll translate insights into business outcomes, guide model development, and oversee scalable AI initiatives across the bank.

You’ll partner with executives to drive value from data, champion responsible AI, and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture. Hybrid work with on-site days as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in decision science and advanced modelling.
• Experience leading analytics initiatives across multiple lines of business.
• Experience mentoring data scientists and building high-performing teams.
