Job summary

Mother Parkers is seeking an Analytics & AI Solutions Lead to drive enterprise analytics, reporting, and AI initiatives. This hands-on leadership role focuses on Power BI development, semantic modeling, data visualization, and delivering scalable analytics solutions.

You will partner with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations to translate requirements into impactful reporting, drive user adoption, and ensure governance and data quality while mentoring BI

Qualifications

8-10 years in BI/Analytics/Reporting and data visualization.
3-5 years leading analytics initiatives or BI projects.
Experience developing enterprise-scale Power BI solutions and semantic models.
Experience end-to-end analytics delivery from requirements to adoption.
Strong collaboration with business stakeholders and senior leadership.
Experience in CPG, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain environments preferred.
Advanced Power BI capabilities: DAX, Power Query, M Query, RLS, performance.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and support of enterprise Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions.
Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and Operations to translate requirements.
Conduct workshops, UAT, reviews, and demonstrations for stakeholders.
Design and govern semantic models, measures, KPIs, and hierarchies.
Develop advanced DAX, Power Query, M Query, and data models.
Create scalable star schema, DirectLake, and aggregation models.
Define BI standards, visuals, KPI frameworks, and data storytelling.
Monitor usage, performance, adoption, and business value.
Drive self-service analytics via training, governance, and enablement.
Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data assets support reporting.
Utilize SQL, Python, and modern tools to automate reporting.
Develop AI use cases across reporting, forecasting, and operations.
Deliver AI-ready datasets and Copilot-ready analytics.
Integrate AI with Dynamics 365, CRM, Power BI, and Dataverse.
Support BPA and RPA with analytics and Microsoft platform capabilities.
Establish lifecycle governance for AI solutions and environments.
Provide mentoring and best-practice guidance to BI team.
