Job summary

RBC is seeking a Senior Product Owner to drive Agentic AI capabilities across Credit & Fraud Management in Toronto. You will shape strategy, own the AI portfolio, and work with DSA/IT to translate business problems into scalable solutions that deliver tangible value across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-impact problems, develop adoption-focused products, and measure performance to ensure business impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management, Fintech or AI/fraud domain.
• Strong fraud product knowledge and experience in driving business outcomes.
• Proven experience as Senior Product Owner delivering tech solutions with impact.
• Solid hands-on with AI tech, translating needs into product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmap for Agentic AI portfolio aligned with CFM.
• Own portfolio, liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment and value capture.
• Guide DSA/IT on platforms and data sources for integration.
• Define success metrics and measurement frameworks for each solution.
• Lead a test-and-learn culture with pilots and evidence-based decisions.
• Contribute to critical development work and mentor team.
