Job summary

Dexterra Group is seeking an experienced HCM & Reporting Analyst for an 8-month contract to support Dayforce implementation. You will focus on reporting, data transformation, validation, and reconciliation, handling complex HR/payroll data and building custom Dayforce reports and dashboards.

You will translate reporting needs into dependable technical solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will develop SQL queries, create Power BI dashboards, and ensure data migration

Qualifications

• Dayforce reporting experience, including custom report development.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with HR, payroll, workforce management, or HCM data.
• Power BI and advanced Excel expertise.
• Experience supporting HR technology, payroll, or HCM implementations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Advanced Dayforce reporting and SQL experience are required for this role.

WHAT'S THE ROLE?

We're looking for an HCM & Reporting Analyst to support our Dayforce implementation, with a particular focus on reporting, data transformation, validation, and reconciliation. This 8-month contract role will help build the reporting foundation needed to support implementation, stabilization, and reliable workforce decision-making across the organization.
You will work with complex HR and payroll data, develop custom Dayforce reports and dashboards, and help ensure information transferred from legacy systems is complete, accurate, and ready for use. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how employee data moves through an HCM environment and can translate reporting requirements into dependable technical solutions.

What You'll Do

The HCM & Reporting Analyst will support both the technical reporting needs of the Dayforce implementation and the transformation of employee data from legacy systems.

• Build and maintain Dayforce reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics solutions.
• Develop SQL queries to analyze, validate, and troubleshoot HR and payroll data.
• Support employee data migration, reconciliation, and reporting readiness for Dayforce.
