Job summary

Dexterra Group in Canada is seeking an experienced HCM & Reporting Analyst to support our Dayforce implementation, focusing on reporting, data transformation, validation, and reconciliation. This 8-month contract role builds the reporting foundation for reliable workforce decisions.

You will work with complex HR and payroll data, develop custom Dayforce reports and dashboards, and ensure legacy data is accurate and ready for use, enabling informed HR decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Dayforce reporting experience with custom report development.
• Advanced SQL skills and handling large datasets.
• Experience with HR, payroll, or HCM data.
• Power BI and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience supporting HR technology implementations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Dayforce reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Develop SQL queries to analyze, validate, and troubleshoot HR data.
• Support employee data migration, reconciliation, and reporting readiness.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT to deliver insights.
• Support testing, go-live activities, and stabilization post-implementation.
• Develop reporting standards to improve workforce decision-making.
