Job summary

CulinaOS is seeking a field service technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain our hospitality hardware stacks across client sites in Ontario. You’ll ensure high uptime and rapid issue resolution.

You’ll work onsite, configure POS terminals, printers, and displays, and collaborate with software teams to resolve cross-layer issues while delivering clear service documentation.

Travel within assigned zones and strong customer communication are essential.

• Hands-on experience with POS, network, and peripheral hardware.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced on-site support environments.
• Strong communication with customer and internal teams.
