Inland Industrial Supply Ltd. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse and logistics operations. The role focuses on people leadership, inventory control, and timely, accurate order fulfillment in a fast-moving environment.

You will oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and distribution while promoting a safety-first culture. This position requires hands-on leadership on the floor and cross-functional collaboration across departments.

• Experience with inventory controls, shipping/receiving, and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams with accountability.
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and distribution.
• Promote a strong safety culture and PPE compliance.
• Onboard and train staff, including cross-training and development.
• Coordinate outbound logistics, carriers, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper stock rotation; investigate discrepancies.
• Identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor KPIs and drive productivity, efficiency, and cost control.
