Job summary

Cornerstone Maintenance Services, an Associa company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Victoria-based team. This hands-on role focuses on general maintenance, repairs, renovations, and 24-hour emergency response for residential and commercial properties.

You will diagnose issues, follow instructions, document work, and represent the company on site while contributing to a safe, professional on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance, building maintenance, renovations, or similar hands-on work.
• Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Basic organization, time management, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to provide a criminal record check.
• Willingness to wear a company uniform.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Complete general building maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with renovations, including carpentry, drywall, and door installation/repairs.
• Diagnose issues and determine next steps.
• Follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Document completed work and maintain accurate records.
• Represent the company professionally on site.
• Lift and move tools and materials (up to 50 lbs).
• Participate in a rotating emergency on-call schedule.
