Job summary

Peak Campus Canada, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of maintenance tasks across the property, ensuring safety and efficiency.

You will collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to keep up with preventative maintenance, address repairs, and support move-in/move-out activities as needed. The role requires strong mechanical knowledge, basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical understanding, and the ability to work well in a team while responding to emergencies during on-call

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; trade program certification is highly preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge of machines, tools, building/construction; familiarity with Health & Safety requirements.
• Must live within 49 km of the assigned property and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and repairs thoroughly and timely.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with inventory management of equipment, tools, parts, and supplies.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and safety standards; ensure clean, organized work areas.
