Cornerstone Maintenance Services, an Associa company, is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our Victoria-based team. This is a hands-on role for someone with practical maintenance skills who enjoys problem-solving and field work.

We provide general maintenance, repairs, renovations, and 24-hour emergency response services for residential and commercial properties. A company vehicle is provided, and a competitive benefits package applies after three months of permanent, full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance, building maintenance, renovations, or similar hands-on work.
• Must have: Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability.
• Basic organization, time management, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to provide a criminal record check.
• Willingness to wear a company uniform.
• Ability to participate in an on‑call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Complete general building maintenance and repairs
• Assist with renovations, including carpentry, drywall, water damage remediation, and door installation/repairs
• Diagnose issues and determine next steps
• Follow written and verbal work instructions
• Document completed work
• Represent the company professionally on site
• Lift and move tools and materials (up to 50 lbs)
• Participate in a rotating emergency on-call schedule

• Assist with and perform renovations, including carpentry, drywall, water damage remediation, and door installation/repairs
• Diagnose issues and determine next steps
• Follow written and verbal work instructions
• Document completed work
• Represent the company professionally on site
• Lift and move tools and materials (up to 50 lbs)
• Participate in a rotating emergency on‑call schedule

What we’re looking for
