Job summary

Sollers Consulting is seeking a Consultant to help deliver complex Guidewire implementation and transformation programs for leading P&C insurers across the US and Canada. You will work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize solutions that support core insurance operations.

At Sollers, Consultants take an active role across the full engagement lifecycle - from shaping proposals and defining requirements to implementation and delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting or IT delivery in US/Canada P&C market.
• Hands-on experience delivering Guidewire projects (PolicyCenter/BillingCenter/ClaimCenter).
• Strong understanding of P&C operating models and core processes.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
• Experience leading or coordinating delivery streams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end Guidewire implementation projects in P&C across US/Canada.
• Serve as Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Lead Analyst as needed.
• Conduct business analysis, define requirements, and design solutions.
• Partner with clients to solve business and technology challenges.
• Support knowledge sharing and mentor junior team members.
• Help develop client relationships and contribute to proposals.
• Participate in stakeholder discussions and articulate solution approaches.
• Identify opportunities to expand collaboration within engagements.
