Job summary

Sollers Consulting in Toronto, Canada, seeks a Manager to lead the delivery of complex Guidewire transformation initiatives and help expand our presence across the US and Canada. In this role you will oversee end-to-end Guidewire projects in the P&C insurance sector, act as Product Owner or Business Architect as needed, and develop strong client relationships

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience in IT projects for US/Canada P&C insurance.
• Experience with Guidewire implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of P&C operating models and core processes.

Job description

As a Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex Guidewire transformation initiatives while helping expand our presence across the US and Canada. You will work directly with clients and senior stakeholders to shape solutions, guide strategic decisions, and drive key initiatives.

Project & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Guidewire implementation projects within the P&C insurance sector, overseeing large Agile initiatives or managing key workstreams within complex transformation programs.
• Act as a Product Owner or Business Architect as needed.
• Partner with our clients to solve complex business and technology challenges.
• Drive a complex business analysis, define functional requirements, and guide solution design in close cooperation with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and manage client relationships across new and existing accounts, serving as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Lead B2B sales efforts, including cross-selling and up-selling.
• Present and articulate new ideas to clients and participate in discussions with key stakeholders.
• Contribute to proposal preparation and present solutions to senior client stakeholders.

About the requirements. You need

• 5+ years of professional experience within a consulting environment in IT projects within the US/Canada P&C insurance market.
• Experience with Guidewire implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance operating models and core processes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage clients.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills to ensure the quality of your team’s deliverables; prior experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant is highly valued
• Proven team management skills and accountability for team results.

Nice to have

• Experience in implementation-related or strategic consulting, particularly in insurance.
• Ability to build strong, lasting relationships with client stakeholders, including C-level executives.

About the compensation. We can offer

Base salary range: 135 000 – 180 000 CAD gross yearly.

The final salary offer may fall outside the given brackets depending on your education, experience, and location.
