Job summary

Zohorecruit is partnering with a global client seeking a seasoned Guidewire developer to spearhead major implementations. You will lead design, development, and optimization within the Guidewire platform, collaborating with stakeholders, customers, and architects to ensure robust delivery.

Ideal candidates will have 7–10+ years in IT, strong Agile experience, and deep knowledge of Guidewire API, XML, and related tools. Must reside in Canada and be eligible to work there.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years IT experience, primarily in Guidewire development.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS or related field.
• Must reside in Canada and be legally allowed to work in Canada.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of XML, Code Scan plugins/tools, Code Coverage, Git/TFS/Subversion, GUnit, Netsparker, SonarQube.
• Expertise in Guidewire API and Modelling.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Must haves:

• 7 to 10+ years in overall IT experience, most of which has been within Guidewire Developer capacity
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Must currently reside in Canada and be legally actively allowed to work in Canada
• Deep know how of Scrum or other Agile development methodologies
• Deep know how of XML, Code Scan Plugin/Tools, Code Coverage, GIT/TFS/Subversion, GUnit, Netsparker, Sonarqube and relevant technologies
• Expertise in Guidewire API, Modelling
