Job summary

Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited seeks a part-time valet and bell desk attendant at Casino Rama Resort. You will greet guests, provide valet and bell services, and assist with guest requests in a professional manner in accordance with SOPs.

Role requires strong customer service, ability to work outdoors in all weather, and experience in fast-paced hospitality environments. Training includes Smart Serve and Play Smart modules, with emphasis on safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service experience.
• Smart Serve certification.
• Play Smart 1 and Play Smart 2 training.
• Ten years driving experience.
• Clean criminal history certificate and annual driver’s abstract.
• Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide exceptional hospitality service.
• Explain valet terms and issue parking tickets.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely.
• Assist guests with luggage and escort to rooms.
• Provide information on hotel facilities and services.
• Follow safety and emergency procedures.
