Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited is seeking an Outlet Greeter for Casino Rama Resort to join our Food & Beverage team. You will help deliver unique dining experiences, seat guests, and ensure high-quality service in a fast-paced casino setting.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Outgoing, confident and personable attitude.
• Reliable and dependable work ethic.
• Excellent verbal English communication; reading/writing in English.
• Strong time management; multitask in high-volume setting.
• Must be able to lift 2-44 lbs and stand 8 hours.
• Smart Serve certification required or obtainable.
• French language skills are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional appearance and grooming.
• Provide superior customer service and positive interactions.
• Handle guest complaints and escalate as needed.
• Greet and seat guests following dining standards.
• Manage guest flow and reservations; assist in all restaurant areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby and outlets.
• Know daily hotel and casino activities and menu items.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
