Job summary

Brimacombe ski area in Orono, Ontario is seeking outgoing, customer-focused team members for seasonal and part-time or full-time roles within the Guest Services department. You will welcome guests, answer questions, process sales for memberships, rentals, lift tickets and food, and help maintain clean chalets and facilities.

Training begins November/December 2026 with shifts that include days and evenings, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 14 years of age or older.
• Customer satisfaction oriented.
• Professional, energetic and dependable team player.
• Able to multi-task and show attention to detail.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Cash handling experience is an asset but not required.
• Basic knowledge of computers including Microsoft Office and POS software.

Position Type: Seasonal Contract, Part-Time and Full-Time Positions Available
Hours of Work: Variable - Monday through Sunday, days and evenings (closed Tuesdays) – Holidays, as required
Location:Orono, Ontario
Reporting to: Guest Services Supervisors, Guest Services Coordinator and Guest Services Manager
Start Date: December 2026 (Training may begin November 2026)

We are currently seeking outgoing, customer-focused team members to help us turn everyday visits into wonderful winter memories.

As part of our Guest Services department you will play a key role in creating unforgettable customer experiences, as well as defining the culture of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome all guests, taking the initiative to interact with and engage guests in conversation
• Use your knowledge of Brimacombe to ensure guests are provided with all the information and options for their experienceon the slopes
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service ensuring positive guest interactions and experiences
• Take responsibility for guestenquiries/concerns/complaints in your areaand deliver support in the prevention/resolution of customer issues
• Review all directed communications and take the initiative to stay informed of all Brimacombe activities including promotions, special events and marketing campaigns as well as updatesto procedures/policies
• Promote and process sales ofmemberships, rental equipment, lift tickets, food purchases,SnowSchool services and more while following Brimacombe'scash handling procedures
• Ensure optimal guest comfort through active cleaning of theChalets and specific outbuildings, including but not limited to floors, tables, washrooms, garbages, restocking condiments & amenities, etc.
• Assist in tracking all incoming and outgoing lost and found items
• Take on any challenge or help other team members when needed

• Previous experience in a customer service,cash handling and/or cashier experienceis an asset but not required

Hiring Timeline:
