Job summary

Brimacombe is seeking an outgoing, customer-focused supervisor for the Guest Services department in Orono, Ontario. You will lead on-shift staff, manage attendance and schedules, and ensure accurate cash handling and reporting.

Provide exceptional service and resolve guest inquiries to support memorable winter experiences. You will collaborate with the Guest Services Coordinator and Manager, participate in staff training, and help maintain Brimacombe's standards across chalets and public spaces

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, leadership and/or supervisor experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and POS software.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to Guest Services team members on shift.
• Monitor attendance and manage staff schedules and breaks.
• Oversee cash handling, till management and end-of-day reporting.
• Promote Brimacombe products and services and ensure positive guest experiences.
• Handle customer inquiries in person, by phone, and via email.
• Support training and development of Guest Services staff.
