Job summary

Brimacombe ski area is seeking outgoing, customer-focused team members to help create memorable winter experiences in Orono, Ontario. You will join the Food Services team and play a key role in delivering unforgettable customer experiences and defining the team culture.

Roles include seasonal contracts with part-time and full-time positions; hours vary across days and evenings, with holidays as required. Training may begin in November 2026, with start dates in December 2026.

Qualifications

• 15 years of age or older.

Hours of Work: Variable - Monday through Sunday, days and evenings (closed Tuesdays) – Holidays, as required

Reporting to: Food Services Supervisor and Food Services Manager
Start Date: December 2026 (Training may begin November 2026)

As part of our Food Services team, you will take an important role in creating unforgettable customer experiences, as well as defining the culture of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming all guests and sharing your knowledge about the resort
• Delivering fast, accurate and friendly service to all customers
• Maintaining operational & kitchen areas including restocking workstations and prep work
• Ensuring high-levelcustomer service, following all critical standards for food service and preparation andexceeding customer expectations for cleanliness, comfort, convenience & quality
• Delivering support in the prevention/resolution of customer issues
• Ready to take on any challenge or help other team members when needed

Hiring Timeline:
