Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming face of Royalty Crossing Mall.
• Assist customers with directions, questions, and general support.
• Promote mall services, programs, events and tenant business.
• Support lost & found, vending refunds, and customer service requests.
• Help register shoppers for the Parenting Room where applicable.
• Keep brochures stocked and the Guest Services area organized.
• Answer phone calls and emails professionally.
• Coordinate requests for wheelchair and stroller usage.
• Collaborate with mall maintenance, security and marketing teams.
