Job summary

Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited is seeking a part-time Guest Whisperer to greet guests, answer inquiries, and provide solutions in a busy casino setting. The role emphasizes friendly, patient, and intuitive customer service to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
