Job summary

Gateway Casinos is seeking a friendly guest services pro to join our Ontario team as a part-time guest whisperer. You will greet guests, answer inquiries, and help guests enjoy events and promotions while promoting the loyalty program.

With at least one year in a related field, you bring strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills to a fast-paced environment. Benefits include full-time-like options for part-time staff and discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a related field.
• Proven high level of customer service.
• Organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of computer programs.
• Ability to obtain registration with provincial gaming regulatory body.
• Friendly and personable energy and willingness to go the extra mile for guests.
