Job summary

Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited is seeking a guest representative to greet guests, answer inquiries and ensure a high-quality experience at Starlight Casino. The role is casual with an hourly rate of $18.54 and on-site duties across events and promotions.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of related experience, strong customer service, solid communication and organizational skills, and the ability to obtain provincial gaming registration.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a related field.
• Proven high level of customer service.
• Organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of computer programs and mathematical skills.
• Ability to obtain registration with provincial gaming regulatory body.
• Friendly and personable energy and a willingness to go the extra mile for guests.
• Excellent communicator who can discuss events and promotions with guests.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks, manage time efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Patient, positive demeanour with everyone you meet.
