Job summary

Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited is seeking a friendly guest service professional to greet guests, answer inquiries, and deliver exceptional experiences at our venue. You will promote events, enroll guests in the rewards program, and help execute on-site promotions.

With at least one year in a related role, you’ll demonstrate strong customer service, multitasking, and clear communication, thriving in a busy environment while maintaining a welcoming energy for guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a related field.
• Proven high level of customer service.
• Organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of computer programs and mathematical skills.
• Ability to obtain registration with provincial gaming regulatory body.
• Friendly and personable energy with guests.
• Excellent communicator about events and promotions.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Patient, positive demeanour with everyone you meet.
