Job summary

Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited in Sudbury is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor for a part-time role. You will mentor a team of guest services representatives, ensuring guests are treated warmly and with hospitality, and you will monitor performance, safety and standards daily.

The position offers a competitive wage of $26.58 per hour, full benefits after a probation period, and opportunities for development within a national company with 27 locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in the guest services and/or hospitality industry.
• Ability to direct and supervise staff.
• Ability to build relationships and encourage open communication.
• Excellent customer service skills, including being friendly, efficient, polite and patient.
