Primaris REIT is seeking a Guest Services Representative for Regent Mall in Fredericton, NB. You will be the primary contact for customers and tenants, facilitating various property programs and supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Willingness to learn Health & Safety procedures.
• Microsoft Office experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to customers and tenants.
• Assist in managing the property gift card program and lost & found.
• Answer calls and emails; register customers for Parenting Room where applicable.
• Maintain employee manuals and restock information brochures.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
