Blue Mountain Resort in Ontario is seeking a Seasonal Guest Services & Rentals Representative. You will be the first contact for resort guests, assisting with lift tickets, rentals, and attractions while delivering memorable service from arrival to departure.

You will fit guests with rental gear, process transactions, share resort information, and help maintain safety and operations. Flexible hours including weekends and holidays are required, with ski/snowboard knowledge considered an asset.

Qualificações

• Previous guest service and rental experience is asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address guest concerns professionally.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and evenings.

• Process sales transactions for lift tickets, season passes, lessons, attractions, and rental equipment with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist guests by providing information on resort products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Fit guests with ski and snowboard rental equipment based on ability, size, and needs.
• Follow all rental procedures, waiver requirements, and equipment issuance standards.
• Resolve guest questions and concerns professionally and bring issues to resolution.
• Maintain records and uphold safety and operational procedures.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support departmental goals.
• Promote resort programs, products, and services to enhance guest experience.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

The Guest Services & Rentals Representative is the first point of contact for resort guests and plays a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. This position assists guests with tickets, passes, lessons, attractions, and rental equipment while providing knowledgeable service, resolving guest inquiries, and ensuring every interaction reflects Blue Mountain Resort's commitment to delivering memorable experiences.

• Process sales transactions for lift tickets, season passes, lessons, attractions, and rental equipment with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist guests by providing information on resort products, services, policies, and procedures to help create a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Fit guests with ski and snowboard rental equipment based on their ability, size, and needs while ensuring safe and proper equipment selection.
• Follow all rental procedures, waiver requirements, and equipment issuance standards to ensure guest safety and operational compliance.
• Resolve guest questions and concerns professionally, taking ownership of issues and ensuring they are brought to a successful resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold company standards related to risk management, safety, and operational procedures.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by participating in training, supporting departmental goals, and delivering outstanding guest service.
• Promote resort programs, products, and services while identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
