Blue Mountain Resort is seeking a Ski Technician for Rental Delivery to enhance the guest experience on and off the slopes. You will deliver and set up rental equipment, assist guests, and ensure equipment is prepared to Blue Mountain standards while supporting day-to-day rental operations.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a valid G class driver’s licence.
• Previous ski/snowboard technician experience is an asset.
• Passion for guest service and creating memorable experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Interest in skiing, snowboarding, and mountain operations.

Aufgaben

• Deliver rental equipment directly to guest accommodations and designated locations across the resort.
• Assist guests with rental equipment setup, fitting, and basic equipment support.
• Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service throughout the guest experience.
• Transport, organize, and maintain ski and snowboard equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Support daily rental and valet operations while helping maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
• Communicate with guests and team members to coordinate deliveries, pickups, and service requests.
• Ensure equipment is prepared, maintained, and presented to Blue Mountain standards.
• Contribute to a positive team culture focused on safety, collaboration, and exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to build technical knowledge and service excellence.
