Blue Mountain Resort, part of Alterra Mountain Company, seeks a Winter Guest Services and Rentals Representative. You will welcome guests, handle tickets, rentals, and attractions, and provide accurate information to ensure memorable visits.

You’ll assist with fitting ski/snowboard gear, process sales, and maintain safety and records, while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.

Qualifications

• Prior guest service and rental experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning resort products, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate POS systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and professional guest concerns handling.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Skiing or snowboarding knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist guests with tickets, passes, lessons, attractions, and rental equipment.
• Process sales transactions for lift tickets, season passes, lessons, attractions, and rentals.
• Provide information on resort products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Fit guests with ski and snowboard rental equipment safely and accurately.
