Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton Kelowna Airport is seeking a Guest Services Agent to warmly welcome guests and manage reservations, check-ins, and requests. You will work with housekeeping and front-desk teams to ensure smooth arrivals and departures, while handling payments and providing local information.

The role requires high school graduation, good computer skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Hotel experience is a plus, and eligibility to work in Canada is essential.

Qualifications

• High school graduation is required.
• Previous hotel experience is an asset.
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Superhost training is an asset.
• Good computer skills required.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests according to hotel standards and anticipate service needs.
• Make reservations and assign guestrooms based on preferences.
• Complete pre-arrival planning including room assignments for special requests.
• Process check-ins and check-outs and handle payments and changes.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and address guest feedback or requests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to track room status and guest concerns.
