Accent Inns is seeking a Guest Services Agent at our Victoria location to warmly welcome guests, check them in, and support their stay with a friendly, efficient service mindset.

You will handle guest needs in a fast-paced lobby, settle accounts at checkout, and help maintain a smooth front-desk operation while upholding Accent Inns' fun, family-friendly culture. Availability on weekends and holidays is required.

Formación

• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and stay calm in busy environments.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional welcome.
• Check guests in and out, handling payments and billing accurately.
• Support lobby operations and respond to guest needs throughout their stay.
