Staybridge Suites Saskatoon - University is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to be the first contact for guests from check-in to checkout. You will balance guest needs with a fast-paced front desk, provide local recommendations and coordinate communications across channels.

The role emphasizes excellent guest service, dependable performance, and opportunities to grow within a supportive team environment at a dual-branded Saskatoon hotel.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, complete check-ins and checkouts, issue room keys and respond to special requests.
• Answer questions and recommend hotel services, restaurants, attractions, events and transportation.
• Manage reservations, room assignments and guest communications by phone, email and in person.
• Prepare guest bills, process payments and accurately balance cash and shift activity.
• Complete welcome and wake-up calls, keep the front desk organized and prepare for the next shift.
• Protect guest privacy, follow security procedures and promptly report concerns.
