Job summary

Erin Park Toyota in Mississauga is seeking a full-time Guest Service Representative to join our Service Department. This role focuses on welcoming guests and ensuring smooth service experiences that meet our standards.

You will review completed work orders, process payments, book follow-up appointments and coordinate vehicle pickup/delivery. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional customer service, prioritization and problem-solving skills, and holds a valid G driver's license.
