Ens Auto in Saskatoon is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to join our Toyota and Lexus Sales Team. This role involves showcasing brand-new vehicles during customer pickup, teaching customers about vehicle technology, and delivering an outstanding, friendly customer experience.

The ideal candidate will stay current with the latest automotive tech, be highly organized, possess strong time management, and enjoy working with customers and staff to meet monthly delivery goals.

Are you interested in working with brand-new vehicles and demonstrating vehicle features to customers?!

We are looking for aDelivery Coordinatorto join ourToyota and Lexus Sales Team. This position requires you to stay current with the latest technology and vehicle features. This customer-focused role involves showcasing brand-new vehicles during customer pick-up and teaching customers about the automotive technology. The successful candidate will be an outgoing and friendly individual who can provide outstanding customer service and has excellent time management skills.

Qualifications

• Valid Saskatchewan Class-5 Driver's license.
• Clean Driver's Abstract.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in an automotive dealership is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the phone, in the showroom, and online, with a focus on creating a welcoming experience.
• Coordinate appointments for customers that align with sales and finance schedules.
• Be a technology expert for both Toyota and Lexus dealerships.
• Provide exemplary customer service and teach customers features on their brand-new vehicles.
• Continuous learning of product knowledge of new vehicles to provide accurate insights and knowledge to clients.
• Keep staff up to date on the latest technology changes.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems customers may have.
• Achieve monthly delivery goals and contribute to the success of the sales department and company.
