Job summary

Otter Co-op is hiring a Part-Time Guest Service Associate for our Retail Centre in Langley, BC. You will provide courteous guest service, process orders, and balance tills daily, while supporting our values of Integrity, Community and Excellence.

The role requires weekend availability, basic math skills, and a focus on delivering a great shopping experience. Training is provided; potential for additional shifts across locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Lotto and/or Food Safe certification an asset
• Solid basic math skills

Otter Co-op is now hiring a Part-Time Guest Service Associate for our Retail Centre located in Langley, BC.

Who you are:

• You are looking for a career in Retail Operations and:
• Previous experience as a Cashier an asset
• Lotto and/or Food Safe certification an asset
• Must have solid understanding of basic math skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a desire to provide a great shopping experience for every guest (both internal and external)
• Above average communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Proven track record as a self-starter, dedicated and reliable
• Work well in a fast-paced environment
• Must be committed to a SAFE work environment
• Able to perform physical job duties including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs
• Must have weekend availability and open availability to work a variety of shifts that include early mornings, afternoons, and evenings
• This position is based at the Langley Retail Centre, though it may require on some occasions to travel and work at other locations as business needs arise
