Job summary

Aramark Canada is opening a brand-new lodge near Chapleau, Ontario, staffed by a Guest Service Agent. The role focuses on welcoming guests, handling reservations, and providing information while maintaining safety and service standards. Training and mentoring are part of the program.

Responsibilities include check-ins/outs, data entry, and front-office operations, with a schedule that includes long shifts and a 14-on/14-off rotation. Benefits and meals are provided on site where applicable.

Qualifications

• Previous guest services experience in a Remote Lodge setting.
• MS Office/Microsoft Suite skills
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and staff courteously upon arrival and assist with needs.
• Manage guest check-ins/outs and handle registration paperwork.
• Enter registration data into site software and other systems.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
• Answer calls, manage faxes and emails.
• Prepare correspondence and reports; open/close front office as scheduled.
• Participate in safety meetings and emergency procedures.
• Maintain a clean entry area and assist with site operations.

Exciting opportunity! ARAMARK Remote Workplace Services is hiring Guest Service Agent for a brand-new remote lodge opening near Chapleau, Ontario at the end of November. Join our team and play a key role in launching this exciting new operation.

About The Role

The Guest Service Agent is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by assisting with guest needs, booking reservations, act as a point of reference for guests who need information and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues. Responsible for oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the guest services operation. Organization and good time management skills are a must.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and tidy entry area as required, which may include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, garbage removal, dusting, upon operation requirement
• Additional duties may be assigned as required
